Black-legged kittiwake (Rissa tridactyla) Attending to nest site. Possibly a little of the breding ritual is taking place in this image. However the intention to build a nest and raise a family with it's partner seem clear. INteresting how they make such a platform out of a rock face. Newly paired Kittiwakes often leave the nests unatttended and open to predation.
