Sand Sea and sun combine to give Blackpool another dramatic sunset. Winter is a wonderful season for some stricking sunsets, as rains and other weather elements clear the skies. The scene hides the trouble facing the sands of the beach. The beach is under heavy erosion due to mans stuctures interfering with the natural tidal flow of sands. Sand is washed out but being naturally replaced at a reduced rate. Blackpool Tower viewed from the North Beach towards the North Pier.
