Black-legged kittiwake (Rissa tridactyla) Juvenile calling for food as an adult flies past. This bird is almost ready to fledge and will be strengthening wings by flapping throughout the day. This in turn is burning up increasing calarories adding extra pressure on te parents. However both are now able to hunt for fish or Sand eels, making the task a little easier.
