Pink Foot Geese (Anser Brachyrhynchus) On the lookout in a potato field. This goose had no idea i was in the brambles, The goose was communicating to others nearby, of what i am not sure. Pink foot geese do not eat potatoes as part of their natural diet originally. They have become accustomed to eating them due to human farming practices. There are now farmers who consider them pests, although for the most part the geese are in the fields at a time when the famers has already harvested his crop. In the UK the Pink foot is a winter migratory visitor.
