Barnacle goose (Branta leucopsis) On Saltmarsh
Barnacle goose (Branta leucopsis) Landing on Ice in Marton Mere Lancashire. The Barnacle goose was thought to start life as Goose Barnacles growing on driftwood, because none had ever seen its nest, unsurprisingly, since it breeds in the Arctic.
